Seasons in the Sun (Flipbook)

Sale Price: $2.99 Original Price: $9.95

This book has been in the making for over 50 years. It’s my 1st book and deeply personal. It's about my two older brothers, Dennis and Mike who each passed away during the summer of their 21st year, when I was still in my teens.

This story grew from a recurring dream I would have. I’d see Dennis across a busy street, but I was never able to reach him. Then, in my dream I am finally being able to cross the street and see Dennis. Talk to him, and in my dream, he tells me this incredible story about what both he and Mike have been up to. Dennis had become a fireman, and Mike a scientist. They told me of their full lives, the ups and downs.

But the dream ends as I am awakened by my bed violently shaking. Yup, just another southern California earthquake. Try as hard as I might, I was never able to get back to my dream. But like I told Dennis in my dream, I remembered every word, and that is what I have penned to paper.

I only hope that if you too have lost someone close to you that you too can re-frame a tragedy into a positive memory as I have. Survivors Guilt is real, don’t discount your feeling. There is life on the other side of tragedy.

God Bless!
